The Research Institute for Inland Fisheries and Extension (RIIFE) invited SEAFDEC/IFRDMD staff, consisting of 4 males and 4 females, to attend the Basic Level Creative Thinking Technical Training on 6 – 8 May 2024 at the RIIFE Ondara Building Hall. This training aims to prepare participants to explain the concept of creative thinking.
Creative thinking is a higher level of skill. Generally, someone with this skill has many questions in his head and many ideas that he creates, intentionally or unintentionally. The trainer, Ms Anastasia Dian Rosalina, is from Sukamandi Apparatus Education and Training Centre, Marine and Fishery Human Resources Extension and Development Agency, Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries.
The training program is designed to be engaging and interactive, with a variety of activities such as group discussions, creative idea exploration, and icebreakers. These elements are strategically incorporated to foster a dynamic learning environment, ensuring that all participants are fully engaged and ready to embrace the training.
